Remote Job Review site common sense check
While surfing the web came across this site https://www.topjobsreviewed.com/ which at first glance seems to talk about genuine review of remote job opportunities. Looking closer few strange things popped up
- All names are very generic like “Computer Program” that will make it practically impossible to check it using Google or any other search engine. Also what kind of business would want to have name that cannot be found?
- All of them have landing page with exactly same design, just some difference in color and number of “convincing bullet points”. Text of those is not surprisingly very same.
- After clicking on “Contact Us” found all 3 of them has same address in Utah and same customer service phone number. Was very surprised when noticed that one does use a different email address!
That would be enough for me to do not be tempted to apply through those reviews… And decided to share just in case someone looking to make extra money remotely and find following these steps useful when to sort out genuine opportunities.
